Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and gardens. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from garden beds and walkways
- Operate hand tools and power equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects as needed
- Ensure proper irrigation of plants and lawns
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including parking lots and sidewalks
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
